Every raid hour and every boss kill earns DKP. Showing up on time earns a bonus.
Spending
Items go to open bidding; highest DKP wins. Off-spec items are handed out if nobody mains them.
Loot council
On progress first kills the officer team may assign items for the good of the raid.
